+ -1 moreMr. Ferguson and his employees were very professional and courteous. They performed excellent work and offered tips on how to keep drains working well. We will use Fergusons Plumbing and Electrical for any plumbing or electrical needs we have in the future.
Description of Work: Drains in house were very slow and in one bathroom were backing up. When we called, Mr. Ferguson was here very soon even though we had never used him before. He and his other employees had to clean all drains in the house all way out to the septic tank. They had to come a second time a few days later to completely get drains running well. We also had him install a commode. We were very pleased with the work and will definitely use him for any plumbing problems or needs we have. In fact we had to call him on a Saturday in the fall of 2012 and he and his son came almost immediately to repair a leak in outside pipe.

+ -1 moreWithin twenty four hours, Mr. Ferfuson and his crew had the problem repaired, and our rentor had elecrtical power restored to his apartment.
Description of Work: We called Mr. Ferguson when we had an electricial problem caused by storm damage. A limb fell on the wires to the meter based on the outside of the house. Mr. Ferguson sent one of his crew to assess the problem immediately (8:00pm). Some temporary safety measures were preformed until the electrical company could disconnect power fully the next day. Early the next morning, Steve was there with his crew and soon our problem had been fixed. This work was done on one of our rental, but Steve has worked for us for years on our home,too. We have the highest reguards for his professionalism.

+ -1 moreHe did everything that we wanted. Quickly, professionally, and for a reasonable price.
Description of Work: We had a sink drain that was leaking. (Because another plumber had not installed it properly). We called Mr. Ferguson one day, he came the next day (when he had said he would). He fixed the sink quickly and his fee was extremely reasonable. Very professional!!!

+ -1 moreIt went well, but the job was a little slow considering the size of the project. Steve always answered the phone when I called and was up front with me about the best way to do things and what was allowed with city code. He was generally on time for the job. Steve was always friendly and kept me up to date on what I needed to do/get. I really enjoyed working with him and would recommend him to anyone! Steve had given me an estimate up front and I assumed I would automatically be paying the higher end of that range. I was pleasently surprised when my bill was right in the middle and he didn't take advantage of me by charging the most he could.
Description of Work: I had all the wiring, outlets, light fixtures, and fuse box replaced. Steve also replaced all my plumbing lines including feed and drain lines; installed new hot water heater, bathroom fixtures, and hooked up my kitchen appliances.
