THIS IS A MAN WHO TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY FAMILY IN A DIFFICULT TIME. My family needed to move my very ill mother in law in a short time period. My husband and I flew in from out of state and needed help quickly. I contacted Mr Champagne in July 2019 for a clean out of a three bedroom apartment in Gulfport MS and a small storage unit. Mr. Champagne cleaned out the apartment as scheduled. However, because he had only one person helping him (besides myself and my husband), the job took longer than he had planned. This left no time for the clean out of the storage unit. He had previously visited the unit with us and knew the contents. As we needed to return to our home the day following the apartment clean out, we could not stay to facilitate the storage clean out. We had made arrangements with the storage company which I communicated to Mr. Champagne. I texted Mr. Champagne on the Saturday after our return home. He was to have cleaned out the unit on Wednesday. He confirmed to me that he had completed the job. Today, a few months later, I learned that he had not completed this job. This has cost me $1500 in fees in addition to the money I paid him for a job not completed. Today, I contacted Mr. Champagne to ask why he did not complete the job. After he learned of my anger, he has not answered me again. Of note, items of value WERE REMOVED by Mr. Champagne, but the junk remains. HE IS A LIAR AND A CHEAT.
