Phillips Pest Control

We hired Phillip's Pest Control prior to our house being constructed. They treated the site and the foundation as the house was being built. We had been under a termite contract with them since 2006. Last year, our tenants told us they thought we had termites. We called Phillip's and their technician, Gabe came out and said there was no evidence of termites. Last week, we discovered termites INSIDE the laundry. We called Phillips and again Gabe came out. He confirmed that they were termites and sprayed the laundry but did not inspect the rest of the property. We decided to have two other companies come out to inspect the home and give estimates. Both companies said that there were 3 subterranean formosan nests on the exterior ground. They were very easily identifiable and were shocked that our termite company had missed them. They said any trained technician should have seen them quickly and easily. Phillips says that our contract doesn't cover formosan termites; however, there were subterranean nests very easily seen. We now have several thousands of dollars in damage that Phillips has said they are not responsible for. Their lead technician is grossly incompetent and the company will not stand behind their service. We are seeking advice from an attorney. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!
