After placing the order, Passion Service Pro contacted us to confirm that the part had arrived. Within just a week, Havierre installed the part, and everything is now functioning perfectly. We are truly grateful to Havierre and Passion Service Pro for their professional and prompt service. They keep you informed through phone calls, texts, and emails, which is absolutely impressive and highly efficient.

This company was sent to us through our home warranty program to repair our refrigerator which was a $75 fee. After the initial service call in which we were told they had to order parts, we were notified by our warranty company that the part is not covered. We still needed the work done so we called Passion Service Pro only to be told they would have to "pull paperwork and call us back with a price." Never received a call back even after leaving messages that we still wanted the work done. I wish I had seen the reviews before. I would have asked for a different service provider. Never again.

I have American Home Shield (AHS) Insurance and they contacted Passion Service Pro for my insured plumbing needs. Within 24 hours, I was contacted by Passion Service Pro and a serviceman, Mr. Tracey, arrived at my home the next morning as scheduled. He was professional in appearance and technical skills. Both commodes were repaired efficiently with new parts. I was very pleased with service from Passion Service Pro and would contact them for future needs. My insurance deductible of $75.00 was paid to AHM.

The work wasn't done. I had a home warranty and the repair wasn't covered but this company never called after waiting two weeks and when they did call they wanted three times the price of the next best estimate.
