Description of Work: They built our covered patio:a solid roof structure that connected to the original roof, and a paver patio floor. They started in June 2014 and finished the main work in September 2014. They never followed through with the clean up, or items that needed to be addressed that we found to be wrong or poorly done in our 3 walk throughs. We have contacted them numerous times to come finish the 'beautification' process, one of the pillars has warped and twisted, etc. - they set a date but stand us up every time. The crew that built the roof, put up the recessed lighting, caulked and painted the inside and outside (we had our windows raised to accommodate the roof gradient) paid absolutely no attention to detail. Work was sloppy and as a result the patio now looks years old. Management is poor and lacking. We were promised the contract manager would be on site every two days to oversee work. He was never there and would only show if we called to find out where he was. Please do not use this company. As first time home buyers/owners/parents (had baby during the construction), we learned a very hard lesson. Save yourself a trip to the annual Houston home convention because they work with people like this.

Description of Work: Rick Laughlin, the owner of the company, has worked with us since 2005, after Hurricane Katrina. We owned and still own rental houses. After Katrina he helped us restore and renovate. He has done painting, renovation, repairs, landscaping, etc. There is basically nothing he cannot do, and does a superb job.
