+ -1 moreWe described problems that we were having with our original systems (not installed by Radich). Mr. Radich spent a lot of time with us, making sure that he understood our concerns. After extensive research, he then presented several options. We selected the option that provided us two new Fujitsu zone units run off of a single compressor installed neatly on the exterior. The zone units look great and solve the exact problems we described.
Description of Work: They corrected some design/installation flaws in our original central a/c systems (Radich did NOT install our original systems) . They had to install a proper drain and overflow safety switch for condensation. They also installed two new Fujitsu zone units. We got one zone unit in our master bedroom and one in the master bathroom. Both units solved problems with our original systems that we described to Mr. Radich.

Description of Work: We called them out to check out a burning smell coming from our heater. They responded quickly then found and replaced a burnt part. They also provided an estimate for some corrective work (original builder mistakes) and upgrade possibilities.
