Champagne's Complete Cleanouts

I heard about Champagne's Complete Cleanouts at a Realtor Event that auctioned off a gift certifcate. I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism from this business. As a customer this business made my job seem insignifant and as if I was bothering the company by calling and asking for a service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Throughout the month of interaction I cancelled/rescheduled once and he cancelled/rescheduled 5 times. Three of those times he failed to show up and did not call/text to cancel. I tried to call/text to see what was going on and he never answered or returned my calls/texts/voicemails. The only way I was able to reschedule with him was when I called from a different number. He would pick up, which led me to believe he was purposely ignoring/screening my phone calls. There is no accountablilty from this business and I only received excuses. This is not a professional company and it should not be in business. There was blatant disrespect to myself and my time. Timeline: Sep 9th, 2016-Consult Sep 12th, 2016-rescheduled due to storm Sep 14th, 2016-rescheduled for another "job" (I was notified on the day of) Sep, 18th, 2016-I cancelled our appointment on Sep. 19th and asked to reschedule Sep 26th, 2016-didn't show Sep 28th, 2016-didn't show Oct 7th, 2016-didn't show
