Job did not go to good. We could hear thunder and the workers hammering speeded up. It started raining and all the workers were in my garage. I went in the attic and rain was comming in everywhere. I went to the garage and found every bucket I could, with no help from the crew. It was hopeless, rain was comming in everywhere. Milton promised to make repairs. He was paid, then we did not hear from him for months. I called my insurance agent and he said repairs were Miltons responsibility. He also said rain is common, and any professional roofer keeps a tarp on hand for just such an occasion. Finally, after multiple calles, he did have someone come to repair the ceiling damage caused by the rain. Other issues: 1. Killed several bushes when they threw roofing on them. 2. Tar paper did not extend all the way to edge of roof.

Milton was told we would be putting decking over the flat roof and we requested a rubber roof. He lead us to believe he understood our needs. What we got was a rolled rubber roof, about three foot wide strips. Each strip overlapped the other creating a ridge. Upon completion, we noticed that he had not installed a drip rail on the roof edge. When we requested the drip rail, Milton had his crew goback and install by nailing through the rubber roof. He then put tar over the nails that went through the roof. When we installed the decking, the ridges between the rolls caused the decking to not fit properly. We were later told by another company he should have installed a one piece rubber roof. This way we would not have issues with the seams.

Wilson Roofing was contracted to prvided leak repair for a metal building. There were 5 leak spots that need repair. A few were just screw holes were the screw was missing. Three of the leaks were issues of unknown causes. Milton made the repairs. The first rain after, all of the repairs leaked except for the two screw hole repairs. Update: 7/19/2011 Some leaks fixed, others still leaking. I would think Milton would come back while it was raining to check to make sure his repairs solved the problem. He hasn't and I have had to call him twice. Once he sent a couple of guys. The second time, he said he would be by before the end of the day. Well, it has rained several days since then, and I have not seen Milton. He also said he was coming by that day to see where the roof was leaking. He has not been by yet - 12 days later. Update: 8/1/2011 Called again. Left message's on his cell and at his house. Update: 08/12/2011 Milton came back to work on fixing the leaks in the metal building roof. We had found another leak that had not been repaired. I asked him to fix it also, while he was there. Update: 08/17/2011 Milton had his daughter? bring me a bill. $683.00. I assume it is for the one additional leak repaired. Seems high when 5 leaks were only $1015.00 Update: 08/242011 Raining, metal roof still leaking. I called Milton, and my call went to voice mail. so, I called from a different telphone number and Milton answered. I told him my roof was still leaking. He told me he cannot keep sending people to fix the leaks. He also said his daughter had told him I wasn't going to pay the $683.00 bill. I told him I did not say I refused to pay the bill, I told here that I wanted to talk to Milton before I paid the bill. Milton said it was probably a good thing I had not paid the bill, since the roof is still leaking. I suggested he send someone while it was raining, to help locate the issue. Milton agreed. Update: 10/26/2011 No one has been back. It has rained several days. No contact from Milton.

Wilson Roofing was hired to install a roof on our garage. Some wood replacement was needed and provided. The job was performed ok. Now that we know more about roofing. He did not install a drip rail. Also, the roof has been on for awhile now and we are noticing some of the singles are protruding. We have been told this in nails under the shingle that were not completely nailed down.
