Description of Work: Two years ago my mother paid this company to re-upholster her couch and love seat. Not even a year later the furniture was in worse comndition than it was to begin with. The couches were completely falling apart. After contacting them we were told that, this was because a "new" employee had done the work. They agreed to re-do the couches with no charge. Four months ago the love seat was dropped off at the Recovery Room, we just got it back today, June 29, 2011. In that four months our phone calls, questions, and all of the above were completely ignored, but if we called from a number they did not know, they answered. Finally after all the waiting and pointless excuses that they gave us my mother went today to recieve her love seat, whether it was finished or not. When she called the owner, Allen, to let him know she was on her way he was very unprofessional, he even cursed at my mother and called her names. The love seat was MOLDED, SOAKING WET, the wood was ROTTING, it had FOOT PRINTS all over it, and was stored in a SHED!!..This is completely unacceptable. Two years and $900 later my mother has nothing to show. I remember when she decided to have this company re-upholster her couches; she was very excited and had trust that it would be done the correct way. We have NEVER experienced anything like this from a business in Corinth. This Business is a complete joke! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
