Suck It UP - Ronnie Crawford, Owner

Description of Work: I hired Ronnie Crawford to repair/remodel my office building and tried speaking with him about charges on his preliminary invoice for work he hadn't performed. He refused to discuss it with me when I called him by hanging up on me. I then tried speaking to the person who prepared his invoice and was told I shouldn't care if there were charges being included for work not performed because it was my insurance company that would have to pay the final bill. Instead of agreeing to correct the invoice, Ronnie Crawford chose not to return to finish the work. I later discovered he used a handy man instead of a licensed plumber, he damaged custom cabinetry but never mentioned it, he isn't a licensed contractor and didn't obtain a building permit. I did pay him in full for all the work he did but had to have a lot of his work redone. I do not recommend him at all because of his dishonesty and poor workmanship.
