Was a very fast and friendly experience. They started the job at 7 AM and were completed by the afternoon. They had to rewire the thermostat and insult the intake and outtake and they built a cover for the hole where the unit was installed. We have had one issue with the new heat pump and Fresh Air came right out and fixed the problem. Fresh Air is very good at warranting their work. Have used Fresh Air since 2005 and will continue to use them.
Description of Work: Put in a new heat pump. Removed the old one and installed the new one.
