Installed unit that was too large for apartment. Would not heat or cool properly, kept living area damp and wet causing mold to thrive. Added upstairs window unit that broke twice and had to order part from factory myself. This after being told several times that parts were on order but were not. After trying to no avail to get resolution to the problems, I hired Harbin Heating and Air to solve the problems. Harbin installed a small split level system that works great! The up stairs/down stairs unit heats and cools great, without mold growth. I would highly recommend Kevin Harbin for any HVAC services, but cannot say the same for Crabb's heating and air.

Mr. Crabb came out to do the repair the morning after being called on the afternoon before. He as always was very friendly and helpful. He arrived right on time and was able to complete the repair very quickly. He always lets us know what the problem is and how long the job will take. We could not be more pleased with Crabbs. Other employees from Crabbs have been here before to make repairs. They have always responded quickly and been very punctual. We so appreciate the folks at Crabbs and are always very pleased with their impeccable service. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Crabbs is a family owned and operated company. They treat their customers as if we are family. The professionalism, workmanship and knowledge are surpassed only by their willingness to insure the customer is completely satisfied. As for my household, there is no other heating and AC company needed in Corinth.
