Description of Work: My hot water heater was not heating the water very well anymore. I've replaced the heater about four times in the last thirteen years, so I was expecting him to say we had to replace it. It turned out to be a simple inexpensive fix, and he didn't try to get more work or money out of me. Heater works great now.

Description of Work: Replaced bathtub faucet, kitchen faucet, basin faucet and unclogged basin pipes in bathroom. Also replaced rings in outdoor faucet which leaked. Mr. Collins was very quiet, polite and professional. I was very comfortable dealing with him. He explained what needed to be done after quickly determining the problems. Everything works great now. Will definitely call him for future issues.

 + 2 moreHad the proper tools and know how to dig thru the hard clay ground to quickly find pipe and DID NOT leave a huge mess that I often see workers do. This is not the first time I have used him and WILL call on him again
