 + -1 moreDue to the nature of my appointments, I never actually saw the doctor. I was seen and treated by a nurse practitioner. The folks at the clinic were nice, smart, and informative.

 + -1 moreI was left with an open wound and went on to another doctor that help to try to minimize the damage.
Description of Work: Left with a 3 in scare to lower my leg! A area on the back of me leg was cut out due to a "possible cancer" but it was then call late a "plain ol brith mark". He took so much skin it had to be held together with a double line of stronger stitches. I was careful to fallow all directions. Then I went in to have them removed: waited for 3 hours, then a women came in the exam room said she was helping Dr, she was going to take out my stitches. She was surprised to see two lines the after the first few she said she couldn't see and need to reposition my leg so I could see it. Then pushed the tip of the scissors in to my leg blandly cutting after telling yelling for her to stop I turned to see my whole leg tore open. When telling her to stop and get the doctor she said the doctor wasn't at the office and the NP had left. She told me and another lady that came in the room that she could not see the knot so she went into the whole an sniped and a few can out then "the scissors just slipped"

 + -1 moreThe NP I saw the first time was very kind although what she suggested did not help in the least. The second visit I was a doctor in the practice and I found him to be rude and uncaring. I paid a ridiculous amount of money and did not get any help that I could not have found by googeling the condition online. If you want to be treated like a number, wait an hour only to be treated like you are wasting 5 min of his precious time that this is the doctor for you!
Description of Work: I went for adult acne that I had been unable to handle by myself.

 + -1 moreLong waiot past appointment time before being moved to exam room, then another long wait in exam room before doctor appeared. He acted very rushed, Assistant handed him N applicator and he froze the three growths. Gave very short answers to my questions while freezing the growths, then started walking toward door and answered my question whiled standing in the hall. I had two more questions I never got to ask. His assistant then gave me a multigenerational faded, hard to read copy of instructions for two different types of post-op care and check-out sheet.. check out clerk was most unfriendly and gave me impression that I should apologize for interrupting her while she was eating her doughnut.
Description of Work: Remove three bothersome growths, one from shoulder two from groin
