+ -1 moreWaited two days for a call from Lofton to schedule the repair, never called back. Had to call the insurance to find out they were to busy to come out and repair our AC.
Description of Work: Service call through home buyer ins. AC unit did not cool.

+ -1 moreHad to call them a couple of times after we placed our service request with home buyers insurance. When they showed up they found the problem quick and replaced the part right away.
Description of Work: Replaced relays on the AC unit.
