The service was terrible. I asked him for a price they couldn't give me a price. I had a $50 for them to come out and that was to be taking off the bill. It took them over 14 days to get the window done. I had to go down there and demand for my refund before they would even come out to do the window. The two secretaries in the front office, all they do is just talk on the phone, drink coffee, and smoke cigarettes. They were coming up with excuses like the internet's down, they couldn't call, they couldn't do anything so please do not use this company it is a total rip off.

I called the glass Doctor on June 9 on they said somebody would be out on June 10th and then there would be a fifty dollar service charge for them to come out and it would be taking off the bill on Tuesday someone called and said because of the weather it would be out Wednesday or Thursday we waited no one came again so on Friday we called again late Friday someone came out and wanted 50 check and they said they would get back to us on Monday we had them come on Tuesday so we waited all day Tuesday we called on Wednesday so we can get a price of how much it would cost she did not have no price of the cost of the window she said someone would be out later in the evening no one showed up or give me price on Wednesday I call them going to give us price it was too much it was over $200 for one window the one window we called them several times a day they only return one of our phone calls they were very rude didn't really want our business all they care about is taking the coffee break and a smoke break I not care about the customer and she said that they would be out at 9 on Thursday and they never showed up I had to I had to actually go to the shop and demand my money back in and they took $50 off I would never go back to the shop again it took over 14 days to get one window repaired
