FROMM'S APPLIANCE & REFRIG SVC

Description of Work: My dishwasher is over 14 years old and has been leaking from the underside. Mr. Fromm advised me that due to the age of the machine that it wouldn't be worth repairing. I appreciated his honesty in regard to my problem.

Description of Work: I called the number and the man answered the phone right away. Unfortunately he did not service Samsung products. I would call him again if I had an American made product that he was qualified to perform service on. He said he is qualified on pretty much all American made brands, i.e. Whirlpool, Maytag, Frigidaire, etc..

Description of Work: In the past Fromm Appliance as been there promptly and did professional work for me when I called him, so I was surprised when he didn't return numerous calls left on his answering machine for 10 days. The answwering machine said he would return calls promptly. I have a rental house in West Point and needed him to look at the Jenn-Aire stove. I live out of town and was trying to contact him by phone which I have done in the past. I try to keep the house up to date at all times, whenever there is a problem. The renter was having a problem with the oven thermostat, but I was unable to reach him so had to make other arrangements.
