 + -1 moreWe called and set up the appointment, which went well. I got a verbal estimate at the time. We set a date for this service to be performed, but it was not done. It took two weeks, many phone calls, and finally the company contracted the service out to another company. When I asked, the reply was that they had had several termite calls come in and that termite calls are their and quot;bread and butterand quot;. This did not make me feel valued as a customer, at all. I have had need of an exterminator since then, but have called another company.
Description of Work: They were contracted to perform bat exclusion on my house.

 + -1 moreCalled for be and he bee control, however this was not needed and serviceman explained why. Inquired about pest control service and serviceman explained what company could offer. Service when we need it and for a fair price.
Description of Work: Just began using their service ( inside and outside pest control). Serviceman was prompt, courteous and informative on what he was going to do.

 + -1 moreThey are just regular and reliable. They have kept the initiative up, which I do appreciate. They contact me every year, but I haven't really had to test their services yet either. But I do get good paper work every year; what they inspected and what they see. They are definitely coming out and doing it; they are not just sending me a formal letter or something. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I use Terminator Pest Control Inc for annual inspections. They are just doing an inspection at this point, if they find any reason to go beyond that they will. I basically get the guarantee and the annual certification. If I did have any damage, then they are liable for it. It is kind of an insurance inspection.
