ots of calland we still have not heard from him or have any resolution We bought our pool from them a couple of years ago then last year because of defect liner split and we had it replaced by them (still under warrenty) that took 4 months and lots of calls to them the price was over $700 this year we notice pool leaking after calling them for over 4 weeks we drained the pool ourselves and found 9 crack in liner (liner less then 1 year old) took picture and brought them to pool company Later a man came out look at it said never seen it before and the owner would call us back later that day now it is another week and several more call we still have not heard from him or had any resolution to the problem The purchase of the pool seem like good idea because we were promise good service and price price was good but service is terrible All we ask was call back to let us make plans on ow to fix it
