+ -1 moreOverall, we were pleased with friendliness, professionalism of the workers and punctuality. The worker seemed to know what he was doing.
Description of Work: We have used Wilson for several years and thought we were pleased. We initially heard about them through radio commercials. However, we received a letter from the MS Dept. of Agriculture on 2/19/2011 indicating that the Wilson license has been revoked. So I gave an F on quality because the company has apparently not been practicing IAW the license and there was a warning in the letter to all customers that their homes are at risk and to find another company because the homes might not be protected against termites.

+ -1 moreThey were very polite and thorough. They were very informative and were able to answer any question I had. They went over everything they were going to do and everything they did. They were a few minutes late, but they called me to let me know they would be a little late and I was fine with that. When they came into my house they put on shoe covers and they were very professional.
Description of Work: I had them do an update treatment for termites and also general spraying for bugs. This was interior and exterior.
