She is a christian woman who is the sweetest and most caring. We were out of touch with the community besides my mother's friends who still live there and Jeana did a lot of handholding. When I wanted her to do something, I would email or call her and she would call me back immediately. She acted like my family was her only client. I know she had other clients, but she treated us like royalty. She treated us like we just lost our mother and we were having to do something really painful. She took all of that into consideration. When the air conditioner needed fixing and there was an issue with a crack in the tile, she found a foundation person who came over and gave her an estimate on what he thought to fix it. She gave me several names of structural engineers, because of the soil there. I used one who came over and showed us all the measurements. She recommended three and one was out of town and we used the other one. We did that ahead of time, because we didn't want to run into any problems at the closing. There was an electrical thing in the attic that the inspector flagged. The junction box needed some attention, so she got somebody to do that. She handled all of that and it was paid out at the closing. I never had to cut anyone checks. She handled it all. We had an open house that didn't turn out to be that great for us. I wanted to give a door prize, so went and bought a Nook for us. She paid for it herself and it all got paid back later. She was awesome and I couldn't ask for more.
