Based on the good reviews on this site I reached out to the owner to request an estimate for gutter installation. He was very courteous on the phone, came across very trust-worthy, etc. and I really looked forward to him coming out to my house the following week as he said he would. I had already received two quotes from two other companies, and had one in mind, but I held off on proceeding with that company because I wanted a chance to speak with and receive a visit/quote from Mr. Robinson. However, the following week he did not come, nor did I receive a phone call. Upon calling him later that same week to check on this, he shared that a personal matter had come up and apologized for not calling me, etc. and I was understanding given the nature of the situation. He assured me he would put me on the top of the list the following week when he returned to work. So again I waited...and waited... He never came and I never heard from him and as of my writing this review, nearly two weeks later, I still have not heard from him. I don't doubt he's probably a very good installer and does very good work - though I cannot speak on this from personal experience. It was just very disappointing to be essentially forgotten (again), especially considering I held off going with another company, getting gutters installed (which I need to so soon) until I had a chance to speak with him because he really seemed like a good person to do business with - which is the reason I don't give him a and quot;Dand quot; or and quot;Fand quot; outright in the responsiveness and professionalism categories. It's just unfortunate.

He did a great job and was very quick. He put additional support under the gutters to insure they would not eventually fall/break off of the fascia, a more expensive option but more structurally sound. Our other quote was less expensive, but did not mention this structural component. Our only concern is that we have not received a receipt, which we requested a few times.

We were extremely pleased. They performed the work as they described on the estimate. They were professional, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. Would not hesitate to call them again in the future.

Aaron was very professional. I made an appointment for an estimate. He come to my house and asked me want I wanted and gave me the estimate before he left. His estimate was about same as two other gutter places I called, but the other two came out when I was not home. I asked Aaron about putting the downspouts so they would not be so visable since we spend a lot of time on our deck. He gave me what I wanted. On the day of the install, he was great and the install went smooth and he cleaned up everything and he made sure not to damage my plants. My gutters look great! In March 2012, I called him back to install gutter covers. He took the time to give me the best option for my house because I have Pine and Oak trees. Price was very reasonable and again the install was great. He also told me that if I had any leaks or question he would come back at no charge. I would recommend Affordable Gutters to anyone!
