Don't use this company. They came out after hours and charged us overtime without telling us that they would be doing so. They had to come twice to fix our toilet and now, 2 months later we have the same problem. First they snaked the bathtub and then they snaked the toilet. When I exclaimed about the terrible scratches that the snake made to the bowl they responded with, "nobody realizes that the snake will scratch a toilet." Well no, I didn't know that. You are the plumber, you are supposed to TELL me that. Because of the scratches they replaced the toilet. They did not charge us a "mark-up" on the toilet. Thanks :-(

I wouldn’t suggest them to anybody. They did get here that day and they did come when I asked them to, but they didn’t do a good job. I will not be using them again in the future because they didn’t fix anything and yet charged me for it; all they did was run a snake and they didn’t fix it.
