+ -1 moreIn June of 2016, 3 lbs of freon was added by Kickin A/C to my HVAC. They found that there was a small leak in the coil. Kickin A/C had installed this as a new coil less than 2 years prior to this service call and gave me a written warranty for 5 years. When I asked for it to be replaced under the warranty. I was told by Kickin A/C that they would not honor the warranty and they refused to replace the leaking coil that they installed.

Description of Work: I called to make an appointment and was advised it would be after 2pm. I tried to get a better time but she was unable to tell me. I did not get the phone call the tech would be out until almost 5. It was frustrating to leave work early and no update of how late it would be. | |The technician added freon to my unit due to a leak. The leak was too small to be found yet when he tried to use his leak detector so they might have to come back out if the leak grows. He was very professional and polite.

Description of Work: We had 3 companys come to our house. The first wanted to replace the inside and the outside units of out heat pump. a total est, 5000,00. the second AC company who we had used before charged 75.00 service charge. which was ok his time is worth that. His est. was 2,100.00 to replace the outside unit,and could only guarantee that price if we decided that day. We called KIcken, they came out that eveing , gave us a price of 1,800.00 to replace the outside unit. The next day they came that morning by lunch time job done.
