ON THE A/C JOB IN 2008 THE SON BROKE ON OF OUR DRILLS AND SAID HE WOULD REPLACE IT OR FIX IT --- WE LOANED IT TO CMPLETE A TASK BECAUSE WE WERE ALL READY FOR IT TO BE DONE IT TOOK 3 MONTHS AND MANY PHONE CALLS TO GET IT REPAIR AND BACK TO US BUT ALL WAS GOOD ON THE JOB I HAD RECENTLY DONE WAS TO PUT IN ELECTRIC POLE AND 50 AMP OUTLET FOR CAMPER THE EST WAS $350 AND ALTHOUGH IT WAS NOT WRITTEN DOWN I DETAIL I HAD THE PERSON PAYING FOR THE JOB ON THE PHONE AT THE SAME TIME I WAS GIVEN THE EST VERBALLY ON THE DAY MR DUNAWAY CAME OUT TO DO THE JOB HE PRESENTED A BILL FOR THE POLE OF $350 AND THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT I OWED ANOTHER $350 FOR LABOR I PAID HIM BUT THEN THE PERSON PAYING FOR IT HAD A FIT AND I DISCOVERED THAT WHEN THE POWER COMPANY CAM OUT THAT THE POLE WAS NOT DEEP ENOUGH THE HEAD WAS CRACKED AND THE 50 AMP OUTLET WAS NOT THERE I CALLED HIM AND TOLD HIM THAT THEY HAD TO COME BACK OUT WITH THE OUTLET AND DIG THE HOLE DEEPER FOR THE POLE AND REPLACE THE HEAD THEY SAID IT WOULD BE A WEEK I AGREED AND THEN THEY CAME THE NEXT DAY I HAD WAITED FOR SOMEONE TO ASK ME FOR MORE MONEY AND THANK GOD THEY DIDNT CAUSE I DODNT WANT TO HAVE TO GET UGLY SO TO SUMIT UP WORK IS SLOPPY AND PRICES CAN GO UP WITH OUT WARNING

overall the work did not get completed because the father sent the son to do the work and the son had a helper that was not properly trained to do the work and the father was hard to get on the phone the attic space was very small and a very small person was need to complete the work and one was not available the most of the work was done and thank god the work tha twas don is safe but my husband has died now an i guess it will never be finished because i dont have the funds to pay someone to finishand they wont come back with out a fee nore do i want them to
