Mr. Bowlin was extremely responsive and punctual. While other contractors were unresponsive or unwilling, Bobby was always on the ball - even when I had to postpone the project for several weeks. I called him back and he was able to get out to the house within two weeks and completed the project in one afternoon. He even worked with me on the warranty to ensure it was transferable and valid for a year after the point of sale. I will be recommending Bowlin Foundation to anyone I know who needs foundation repair. FIVE STARS ALL AROUND.
Description of Work: My home needed several beams for additional support.

We originally bought a house in Brandon that they had done foundation work on. When the house started settling, we called them to come take a look and see what our warranty covered. I will say they stand by their warranty. They had that home repaired within 1 day! When we sold that home and bought our current house we called them again. The house we bought was built in 1900, so of course the first thing to fix is the foundation. They came out and installed 22 new pillars under our home. They completed work within 1 week! If I ever have another house with foundation issues, I won't hestitate to call them first!
