GREAT company to deal with.. GREAT technician..

It went very well the electrician was courteous punctual and professional. It was a union trained and certified electrician. After I described the problem a diagnosed and finish the job promptly. I would absolutely call this company in the future. It was a very good experience.

We were grossly misquoted on the expected cost of the job and then when we questioned the overage we were made to feel like the bad guys in the situation. When we tried to follow up to fix an unresolved electrical issue they scheduled a serviceman to come back out and finish the repair, when the technician never showed we called to find out what happened and were told they would not help us. Very unprofessional and customer service is poor! I would not recommend them!!!

Not great at all, They as me for the address for service and return the call the same day, only to tell me they could not do the service call. This was after I returned their call. This service is needed for a senior in her home of outlet and overhead service is needed.
