+ -1 moreWe have been using Jerry Smith for years. We have a maintenance contract with them. They tune up the unit every year. They did a good job. I like that they are reliable and cheap.

+ -1 moreWhen I called, the receptionist said they were really busy, but that she would do her best to get someone out here that day. Less than 2 hours later, Mr. Smith was at my house. He had the problem fixed and my house was cool again in 30 minutes. Mr. Smith always tries to find the most cost effective solution, which I find to be a rare, but wonderful, quality with service technicians these days. I have always been impressed with their customer service, quality of work, and pricing. We have used them in the past and will continue to do so in the future!
Description of Work: Our downstairs AC was tripping the circuit breaker after it would run for a little while and then the fan on the outside unit just quit running. I called Jerry Smith Heating and Air and they were at our house in just a couple of hours. Within 30 minutes, our house was cool again! The compressor needed a hard start kit (and a capacitor, I believe).

+ -1 moreJerry was very nice to deal with and was here for the job on time as promised over the phone. He will be my go to person for my heating and air needs.
Description of Work: Replaced old coil with new aluminum coil. The new coil is considered an upgrade in the industry. It came with a 5 year warranty. I should add this was for our American Standard air conditioner.
