Positive Pest Control Inc

I have used Positive Pest for over 20 years. They used to spray every time that they inspected and then that stopped at some point during the 20 years. One year, the guy put a bill on my front door, and when I got home, I could tell that he had never even gone under the house to inspect. At that point, I required them to come only when I was at home. Now I found out that if my home ever has termites in the future, they are not liable for any damage done to my home caused by the termites. I immediately cancelled my contract with Positive Pest and found a company that has liability insurance.

They are punctual. They do a pretty good job.

They are here when they say they are going to be. The person comes in, he sprays the house, and nine times out of ten, he'll even sit down and talk to us for a while before he leaves. He will call the night before and tell me that he is going to be here the next morning. If for some reason, we have to leave, and he has only done it once, we weren't there but he came in, sprayed, and left the bill on the table. He's a super awesome guy. He's a good exterminator; we haven't seen anything in our house.
