They were professional and on time.

The service was 100 % great, they were very personable and professional, they came in on time and did not make any mess, everything was perfect.

If I could have this experience every time I tried to hire someone to do something, I would have much more faith in humanity. Things went very, very well. He inspected the chimney, made a recommendation, quoted a price, I asked him to add a couple of services -which- he did and almost the entire job was completed in one visit. He had to return with the properly sized cap. I paid him for all the work completed and not-completed and he returned in a few days and finished, as promised. I almost wish I had another chimney just so I could do business with him again. Oh... did I mention that a chimney that had been leaking rain into the house, and onto the ceiling for a long, long time does NOT leak anymore ?! Can you tell I'm happy about this?

Never heard from anybody. Sent the message and they never replied. So far Angie’s list has been a bust for me.

He repaired it in 1 visit without having to replace it.

I was very worried about: 1st the soot residue settling all over my house, 2nd being told I needed something that I didn't, 3rd having to interact with an unprofessional contractor who did not respect me or my home as a paying customer. All of my fears quickly diminished once Justin and Jon arrived. They were professional. They left my house as clean as they found it. My Experience was great! Happy I chose them! The procedure went very well. They used a brush from outside and cleaned the pipe to the outlet inside, then attached a vacuum to the inside outlet and vacuumed the lint, etc. Very professional and a job well done! I would give him all excellent!!

Spring cleaning involves the annual chimney cleaning by Jim. He has done this for my home since 2001. He is consistently on time, careful, and pays attention to detail. He is a trusted provider for many years and I don't hesitate to refer him to friends.

Almost 8 years ago, we found Santa's Friend and Mr. Robinson via the Yellow Pages and his website. We had a terrible leakage problem with our chimney and fireplace that had been going on for more than a decade. Mr. Robinson fixed our leak, implementing a few different strategies. He is thorough, detail-oriented and persistent. He is also focused on preventing future problems. Long after the leak was fixed, Mr. Robinson called us "out of the blue," so that he could come by and apply a waterproof coating that he had recently started using, that he thought would work even better than a previous product he had used on our chimney. He did this follow-up free of charge. After many storms over the years, our chimney remains leak-free. Mr. Robinson, Santa's Friend, stands by his work!

First off, this company was VERY responsive. They contacted me within one hour of sending a message via Angie's List. They were able to set an appointment for the following day. To my surprise they called an hour before our scheduled time and asked me if I would like them to come early, since they were in the area and had finished another job early! They inspected the chimney, and unlike most contractors, said we didn't need any cleaning done! They actually did not do unnecessary work! They also explained why our old chimney cap was getting blown off, and replaced it with a new one, and the cost of labor was included in the price of the service call. KUDOS to this company. I wish more companies treated customers this well.!
