+ -1 moreThey came out 4 times to fix same problem. We’re paid twice. Water is still pouring in the bathroom ceiling when it rains. Says it’s our problem now. We have a remolded bath we invested $3000 in. Thank goodness he did not do that work. We will have to pay another roofer to fix what he could and would not fix. Very unprofessional!!

Description of Work: RN Roofing met with the adjuster and negotiated the settlement. They took off and disposed the old shingles and replaced with new. The owner came by to make sure everything was in good shape once the work was complete.

Description of Work: This guy is equel to an ambulance chase , while putting new roof on his guys punctured the set line to my hvac with nail gun and refused to fix it or even reinburse me for the 900.00 repair , I had the hvac company out the same time to discuss the situation that his roofer caused and got confortational with me and the GM of the hvac tell them they didn't know what they were talking about , during the confortation he proceeded to cuss me because I had the hvac guys come out discuss the issue at his request. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS GUY !!!

+ -1 moreI do not understand how this guy got on Angie's list. He is not listed in the telephone book.
Description of Work: Asked this individual for an estimate and he said he could see hail damage from where he was standing. He said it was too hot to get on the roof and would return later after the sun went down. I told him that it had not hailed since I had lived in the house. He replied that I was not listening to him and that the insurance company would pay for the roof. I repeated that I just need an estimate. He again said that I had wind and hail damage and that he could guarantee that if he did the job the insurance would cover the cost. I called him later to tell him that I had hired another company to reroof and he used abusive and obscene laungage to tell me that something was wrong with me and ended the conservation by saying "to h*** with you."

+ 0 moreThey were pretty good. The owner was pretty prompt. He pretty much said what he was going to do. They got in and got out pretty quick and they cleaned it up real well. I looked around and I think the price was high. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Description of Work: AR Roof Installed on house. Kendall was Professional. Price was a little High then most he came down a little to match and got me what i wanted. I watch them replace the roof all products were name Brand Good quality no cheap stuff was used. If i ever need a roof replace again i will us him again.

+ -1 moreHe is phenomenal. It was up high, it was awkward to get to, and it should have been finished years ago so parts of it rotted before it was finished. He is the kind of man that you feel safe having around and he is very pleasant about things, even when they don’t go well.
