+ -1 moreArturo and his roofing team seemed to do a good job on the roof repair, but, unfortunately, they decided to cut away our neighbor's overhanging tree to access our garage without asking them and that was not so cool. Being new to the neighborhood, that didn't help get us off on the right foot with our neighbors. It's fine with neighbors now (after I apologized profusely) but I would have liked to have been asked so we could discuss a better solution.
Description of Work: Arturo and his roofing team repaired the main roof on the house, including the installation of a new Rain Cap on Chimney located towards front of the house ($400). They capped off permanently unused chimney using new sheet metal to cover opening to prevent water and animal infiltration, sealed around any flashings as necessary, removed old satellite dish and repaired roof. They also emoved and replaced all fascia boards on the detached garage, install new Aluminum Soffits and Fascia, and install new 5” Seamless Aluminum Gutters and Downspouts ($2,800).

+ 0 moreThey were awesome and I would recommend them to anybody. Their price was much better than any other price I got. When they got finished it looked absolutely amazing. They did it fast and under the circumstances of there being so many claims turned in right then, I could not have asked for faster service. It was done during the time when there was an overload.
Description of Work: I used Progressive Roofing & Construction to do my siding and my roof. They did a total roof replacement and total siding replacement on two sides of the house.
