They were able to come the day I called. On arrival, they went right to work and fixed all the problems. They were very polite.

I wasn't home, but per my wife, Very well..Steve came out the night before after 5:00 p.m.thinking he could get he job done then, but realized it was more involved than I was able to tell him over the phone. He came back the following morning,early, and completed the Job very quickly, even running a new drain pipe from my A/C unit in the house that drains through the plumbing in the bathroom sink. Thx Steve for great customer service.

Paradise Plumbing did an excellent job. He had to do some modifications to correct discrepancies when house was built and original hot water heater was installed. Very satisfied with the work that was done.

We were extremely pleased with the work that Mr Stokes did for us! He quickly resolved our hot water heater issue and we thought the rate he charged was very reasonable, especially considering that he came out over the weekend! Mr Stokes also went the extra mile and took the initiative to clean out the burner while he was in our attic and checking our hot water heater! Steve & partner repaired & replaced a broken water inlet valve behind our refrigerator. They arrived on time. Asked to look at the issue. Made the repair immediately and completed the connection to my fridge. I think they accomplished a fine job in a professional & timely manner at a very fair cost. Recommended for pipe repair and other plumbing related areas.

Steve did an excellent job repairing a slab leak at my home. He correctly identified the problem and made an extra effort to ensure that the leak was not between the meter and my home. He responded to my call in a timely manner and he repaired the leak in the course of a day. He did an exceptional job running the new pipe through the wall as I have a two-story home and he could not run the pipe into the attic. He also did an excellent job replacing the walls and fixtures he had to move to find the manifold. I also had estimates from three other people, one of whom is on this list. All three gave estimates that were two to three times the "worst case" estimate that Steve gave me. I also paid one company $300 for a consult that no one else charged - and it involved a 30 minute estimate with a may wearing a headphone connected to a metal wand (the others laughed and said I had been taken). I will use Steve for any future plumbing problems that I have and strongly recommend him to everyone on this list.

Steve and his helper both were easy to talk to. They did a professional job. I could not be happier with their service. I highly recommend them if you need a reliable and professional company. The cost was very reasonable.

I called up Steve at Paradise Plumbing at the phone number listed on Monday. It went to voice mail so I left one, and explained that I needed a drain cleaning. When he called back, he said he should be able to get to me that afternoon, but couldn't provide a time frame. Eventually he called me at about 5 pm, and said he could come by the house, and that he was about 10 minutes away. I told him my wife would be home (as I expected that there wasn't going to be a conflict). As soon as I was off the phone I called her and she said she was out, so I headed home. I work about 15 minutes away from home. When I got there, a magnetic business card was wedged in the door and the plumber had already gone. No phone call, no 5-minute wait. So I texted him later that night, and he said he could come by on Wednesday afternoon. On Wednesday morning he texted me to say that he was sorry that he had to cancel all service calls for the rest of the week.

This is only the most recent service. Steven Stokes, the owner, has worked at my home and our church many times over ten years or more. He responds quickly to emergencies and usually comes within a day for non-emergencies. He is honest and comes when he says he will. He has a pleasant personality so we enjoy having him around.

Mr. Stokes worked us in after hours and stayed until after dark to restore our water supply. Was very informative about the work and did it in a careful unhurried manner. A pleasure doing business with this gentleman. Should we need plumbing services in the future he will certainly receive our call.

Such a complicated process! Drain pipe needed to be repositioned for the shower. Steve discovered plumbing issues with the existing drain and fixed them. Finished product is gorgeous!!! Cleaned up all work. Two men installed the unit in a day.

Excellent. We have not had any problems since their work on these drains.
