Three thumbs up!!! My daughter (student at MSU) got a house and a check for $8,000 in deference to Obama's 1st time home buyer credit a few years back. The heating and air conditioning system was out-dated, dilapidated and rusty. It badly needed to be replaced but I kept putting it off. Finally I made a decision to just do it and started looking around in Starkville and here in Jackson for the right "who". I googled everything - equipment costs and reviews, installer reviews, seer ratings, etc, etc, etc. as well as endless phone calls. My looking around is how I came across Steve and Ann Owen (thus A & S) and their company. I got their name from a friend who recommended them and I was not disappointed - not in the least. They were on-time, fast, friendly and remarkably knowledgeable. And, AND - they left their work area neat and tidy. As I said - I looked around before I made a decision and after it was all done - the quality of the equipment they installed, the expertise they installed it with and the total price they installed it for made me feel like the smartest guy on the planet. They didn?t show up attired in fashionable uniforms and they were a bit chatty (wanting to explain everything they did and why) but they left me extremely satisfied. They said they'll swing by when spring hits next year and, as a courtesy, check the AC out to make certain it's got a good charge and all is well. Great product, great price, really fast. Three thumbs up!!!
