I called and talked to the owner and he said he would be there by lunch but never showed up and didn't call either. so I called back to see what happened and they said they would be there the next day by lunch.-but never showed up and didn't call again!! I don't know how they stay in business. Why not just say you can't make it instead of promising to be there and never show up or call to say you won't be there ridiculous!!!
Description of Work: I called them to get a tv fixed but they didn't show up although they said they would be there 2 separate days

This is a miscommunication / misunderstanding. I received an after hours call on a Thursday night from [member name removed] while I was out of the country, she explained that her mother's television was 10 years old and sometimes wouldn't turn on. I informed her that I was out of the country and my crew was scheduled for the next several days, however, I would call her when I returned and schedule an appointment. When I returned and spoke with my tech about the issue, I called her and left a voice mail with no response. Her mother contacted me on Wednesday and I asked her the follow up questions that my tech had researched. I informed her that I would research the problem and get back with [member name removed]on the solution. I again tried to contact [member name removed]with no response, I finally contacted the mother and informed her that my research of the problem had confirmed that the cost of repair would exceed the cost of replacement, however, to confirm my opinion I would come by, free of charge, to confirm the problem and my diagnosis. I informed the mother that I would contact her when I was available and in the area since this was a free service call. I did not have a chance during the week to be in the area and I received a call from [member name removed]on Friday evening, I apologized for the delay and informed her that I would contact her mother on Saturday afternoon to arrange a visit. I called her mother on Saturday Morning and there was no answer. I tried again after lunch and again there was no answer. I called [member name removed]and received her voice mail so I decided to wait until I received a return call to drive to the home and never received a call. I assumed that they had taken my advice and purchased another television. I feel that this review is unfair because I answered every time my phone rang even after hours and when I was out of the country. They never answered my calls and rarely called back. I could have charged them a service call and made it a priority; however, I knew the problem wasn't feasibly repairable so I tried to be nice and help them. I again apologize for the miscommunication and I would never intentionally leave anyone upset with my services or business. Dan Keith

Total process was great. From the first contact, there was quick response with scheduling. There was prompt notice, in advance, of his coming and he called each time just before the appointment. The service that was performed was to move existing wiring for all my entertainment and sound system to a different location. It required carpentry skills and wiring from the attic through the existing wall. Then he connected and refined all the systems we had. As a result, we get far better service from all our equipment. His work ethic is outstanding; he stands behind his work 100%. Without a doubt, he provides the best knowledge and service I have had over the many years I have been a homeowner. He is personable and professional. Wish all businesses were like this! I can highly recommend Electronic Homescaping!
