Mike did a fantastic job, with great attention to detail, spent longer at this job than he has anticipated because it is an old house and needed a lot of work. He was very pleasant, easy to reach when needed, extremely responsible about the costs. He would offer his suggestions when asked, and did a much more thorough job than we could have possibly expected, especially considering his low estimate. The final cost turned out to be more than he had estimated because of problems he encountered that he hadn't expected in the house and windows, but we were thrilled to pay him more than he asked because we were so happy with the job.
