K & M CONSTRUCTION

My house sits were an old creek runs. The builder provided storm drains across the front of my yard to capture and direct the water flow. But on the right side, the builder left the creek as is. I could stand at the bottom of this creek and look up 15 feet to my house. I used K&M to lay storm drains to contain and direct this water flow and to bring in soil to level the right side of my yard. Going in I knew this would be very expensive, because the amount of dirt needed was large. K&M laid 24" pipe from two spots where the water entered my side yard, built a junction catch box, and ran 36" pipe for drainage out of my property. It then took 30 eighteen wheeler loads of dirt to level the yard to my house. It was a tremendously large project as my yard takes in great volumes of water. K&M were professional, honest, and timely. They completed the project in under three weeks. Considering the scope, that was very good. I would not hesitate to recommend K&M if you need a large job completed. I am very pleased and never have drainage issues any more.
