Description of Work: Termite bait station inspection. Had stations installed few years ago for about $300 and now it only costs about $170/yr.

Description of Work: Had Henderson come and spray because we are having trouble with roaches. The chemicals worked fine the first couple of days and then it was like they had never been here and sprayed. I called on several occasions and asked what could be done. They advised to wait until 28 days that the chemical would last that long. I state that it wasn't working now, what made them think it would last that long. The only thing they would offer was to come back out and charge me 37.50 for them to respray again. And they could keep coming every 30 days for that price as long as it took to get rid of the bugs. That's the only option that was given to me. They did not try to help in any way. We both are disabled and live on a fixed income. To get this done, we had to save. These people didn't care to understand that we have to budget everything that we do. So, we did not have the money for them to keep coming back month, after month, after month. Yes, we want the bugs gone. I was told they could get it done after the second visit and now they are saying it may take months?!

Description of Work: Henderson Pest Control sprayed both inside and out and they go along my house and identify things that insects might be attracted to. They also put extra traps under all of the sinks in the house.
