Todd, the owner gave a great sales pitch about how his company could build us a sunroom and how his employees have been with him for years and have a key to his house. He even tried to call previous clients so they could tell us how great he was but none answered. The job took months, his workers told us they had been with him less than a year and then first said they had only done one sunroom and later said they never did a sunroom before. The glass panels are not plumb or lever, multiple holes in each glass that are butchered, did not finish the job (we still have exposed wood inside and out) and when they came to fix or tear apart this horrible job the workers told us there was so much wrong that we needed to work a deal out with Todd and left. I have twisted and bowed metal and gaps filled in with tubes of caulk, metal cut too short allowing water to intrude and the list goes on and on. All but $900 of the $7,100 has been paid because the workers told us Todd wasn't going to pay them enough to survive the week. They seemed so nice and we trusted they would come back but never did. Todd gives excuse and lies weekly and so does his secretary. This wall all glass windows needs to be ripped out and started all over.

Horrible! This man is a con artist! He kept delaying the job with excuses. He demanded money before the job was complete. He had an electrician come out who was barred from my city and had no intentions on applying for a permit. We started checking into window king and realized he had done the same stuff to former customers. We also realized window king didn't apply for a permit. We stopped the job and demanded he get a permit. Code came out and we soon realized why he didn't want to get a permit. The building wasn't up to code. After Todd Cantor kept harassing us I threw him off my property. I placed a review on his page explaining our experience and he replied to the review by stating I was popping pills, gave my home address out and my husband's profession. I had to take the review down to get that info to fall off. He then tressapssd on my property to take the remaining supplies to finish the job. I had to file a licensing board complaint which we won and you can look that up by going to the contractors licensing board site. You will also find other complaints. We had to hire a lawyer because he placed a false lien on my house as well. Almost a year after settling he still didn't remove the lien until recently. So if you wish to deal with this stess proceed with caution!! He is responsible to get the permit please make sure he gets it and pay no money until code inspects it!!!

The sunroom was contracted April 25, 2014. Todd Cantor didn't order the materials until end of May. This project started late, and still isn't complete. He didn't get permits and it isn't built to code. Filed a complaint with licensing board and he lost. please look this business up on the BBB site as well.

Contract for service was signed and down payment was made on November 26. 2013. Windows were not ordered until February 17, 2014! Wrong sizes ordered, calls not returned, excuses, excuses. Finally sent a contractor to install windows on March 10, 2014, 3 1/2 months later. Installer did not have the correct windows or supplies. Dealt with three different installers and still work was not completed. Poor window measurements, even worse installation issues. Same scenario over and over until we finally sent a 5-page letter to Mr. Cantor telling him we had enough. Six months to install 14 windows is unacceptable. We had to hire a carpenter to repair sheetrock damage and to finish trimming out around a picture window. Bad experience all around.

They did a beautiful job and it looks great. It was a great price too; it was very reasonable. My husband was just calling around people to get estimates and that was how we ended up with Window King.
