The contractor they sent was very knowledgeable and efficient!!! The price was in line with other quotes I received and so that part was all good! My only problem was they didn’t install the shower bar I paid for and the shower they installed leaked terribly into my adjacent closets and out the front due to shabby CAULKING!!! I left a message with the contractor AND the builder but could never get a reply so I had to get another contractor to come re-caulk the whole shower!!! Like I mentioned, they did a pretty good job but once they’re gone don’t expect them to come back if you have any issues or god forbid “warranty” work to be done!!

We received superb customer service and the shower is Awesome! My mom can shower with ease and she is safe! I work full time and I am not home when she showers in the morning. I now have peace of mind while I am away from her. Thank you for an excellent job!!!

Pre-job communications were frequent and appropriate. The crew arrived on time and performed the work in a professional manner. They were very polite and tolerant of my questions. They did an excellent job and left the area as clean as they found it. The specified work was done at the quoted price. We are delighted!

My experience was absolutely wonderful. From the initial interview and quote, to the final completion of the work- everything went smoothly. I was very impressed with the knowledge and expertise of the installation crew. They even cleaned everything up after it was all done! We were worried because it was a custom job. I now have a beautiful 5â x 5â shower with dual showerheads. Itâ s amazing!

This team was efficient, professional and skillful. Randy came in and gave me an honest quote for the project , what work the project was going to require. He offered ideas that we hadnâ t considered and was an overall joy to work with. The only reason I gave him a 4.5 review is that my parents had to call the team back once or twice to follow up on some outstanding items however, they happily corrected everything quickly and enthusiastically.

From the estimate to the complete installation everything went well. The Sealteam ordered the parts, removed the old tub and shower, prepped the walls for the new shower and installed the new shower pan on day one. The second day Anthony and his helper prepped and installed wall and fixtures. They did a great job, and the shower looks amazing. More importantly, the wife loves it. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a new shower.

Love my new bathtub shower, but communication about scheduling and time wasnâ t great. Though customer service is good; when I noticed an issue (a small installation detail that got missed) it was fixed right away.

All people involved were friendly. They came in and did the job. Due high demand, we did have some scheduling issues that seemed endless. Once that was solved, they camr into my home and worked consistantly on the project. There were some minor hickups, but we were able to work through them with some sensible solutions. I would reccommend them to others.
