Description of Work: Landmark took over the management of my duplex in Ocean Springs after my previous management company completely dropped the ball, leaving one of my units unrented for months and months and overcharging me for painting and other work. Jim seems very trustworthy and by and large I have had fewer headaches since he and his team took over. I am very pleased!

Description of Work: I switched management companies for a property I own down in Ocean Springs, MS to Jim and Landmark. He has been very communicative, honest and caring in how he das dealt with me and with the tenants. I am glad I switched when I did and would recommend Jim and Lisa, the other agent in his office in a heartbeat!

Description of Work: We are renting a home that Landmark Properties manages and we had a maintenance issue , we called and there maintenance personal came out and took care of issue asap.  + -1 moreWe would certainly give Landmark an A+ for service rating and have been very happy with the tenant quality, management of repairs, fast payment processing, and overall customer service. In addition to all of this, pricing is EXTREMELY competitive (you likely won't find this level of service for the same price). Will certainly use landmark again and have recommended to others requiring property management.

 + -1 moreJim and his team take care of EVERYTHING. Advertising; Leasing; Rent collection; Maintenance; and even the occasional tenant dispute (I had a tenant who stopped paying rent and then refused to vacate; Jim obtained the eviction order and the judgment against the tenant in no time).
Description of Work: Jim, the owner of Landmark Properties, has been my property manager for my rental home in Gulfport for years. He is the BEST! I am active duty military, so I move around the world every 2-3 years. Jim has my full and complete confidence to professionally manage my property.

 + -1 moreLandmark Properties charge a percentage of the rent that they collect. They're fair when it comes to pricing. Of all the people I called, he was the only one that gave me a call back and actually came by to see the property and to sit and talk to us. He was the only one who took the time to listen to me, to what I needed and wanted. He was nice, friendly, prompt. He also resolved any issues I had.
