+ -1 moreI have no idea what quality of work this contractor does. His customer service skills speak louder to me than his workmanship ever could.
Description of Work: Nothing. This contractor was recommended to me by a person I conduct business with. I am an out of town owner of a home in Ocean Springs. I was attempting to schedule an estimate the week I was in town. This contractor failed to return all voice mails I left. When I mentioned this to the business person who recommended him, the word must have been passed on. THEN he returned my phone call. By that time, we were planning to return to our home state. He said he would go to our home the following day and contact us with an estimate. I did not hear back from him for more than one week. That was when he called to tell me that he cannot locate my house. (Funny that I can put my address into Google Maps, and there it is!!!) Turns out he was in the wrong part of the City, no where near the home. I gave him directions to the house. That was the last I heard from him. Need I say, that we signed a contract with a different roofing contractor?

+ -1 moreJay was very courteous and punctual when I called for an estimate on re-roofing my house. His estimate was reasonable and clearly identified the work that was to be done, including cleanup, and the materials that would be used. He asked for half of the total cost up front (total bill for re-roofing my 45-square roof was just under $10,000) and the rest was to be paid upon completion. The job took about 5 days and Jay's roofing team, led by Jessie, showed up early and ready to work every day. The team did a great job on the roof and cleaned up around my house every day before they went home. When the team finished my roof, they were short a few cap shingles and promised they'd obtain the material and install them as soon as possible. Well, the next morning Jay himself showed up (he was actually on site every morning to inspect his team's work from the previous day) and climbed up on the roof and finished the cap shingles. I am extremely pleased with how my new roof looks. Jay and his team were very professional throughout this project and I'm pleased that I chose his company to do the work. I ended up with a quality roof at a very fair price.
Description of Work: Installed a new shingle roof on my house, replacing the home's original 17-year-old roof.
