The job took several weeks with different employees due to personnel issues. The job was completed to my satisfaction.

Thomas arrived, on time and ready to work. He was very professional and wasted no time in diagnosing and fixing the problem. He was polite at all times. I was very impressed with his work ethic. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Mr. Lank Patterson and his son were the ones who measured the amount of fall on each section of the sewer line from the house to the street. They arrived separately from Thomas. They took the measurements, recorded them and gave them to me for future reference. We decided that, based on the amount of fall recored in each section, the sewer line did not need to be dug up and re-routed, which was a relief. They did not charge me at all for coming by and doing the measuring. The entire job performed by both Thomas and the two Pattersons was professional, helpful and worth the cost. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Always professional. Very Honest. They get on the job quickly and get it done right every time. You would do well to call on this plumber to take care of your plumbing problems.

The repair required more time than normal due to a pop-off valve which wasn't a standard size. The plumber was very professional, and took the time to obtain the required parts to extend the size of the pop-off valve to fit our water heater. He was compassionate about my concern about the water heater problem, and took the time to explain what he was doing to repair it. It was very cold out that day, but he worked without complaint, and had a great attitude! His dedication to customer service was excellent, which was great considering it was New Year's Eve. We would most definitely call them again if we have another plumbing problem!!

He came out on short notice to fix our leak. The day after he had fixed it, we noticed that it was still leaking. He came back out the next day and fixed it at no extra cost. He was very reasonable. I thought it was a good price considering he had to go into the wall and solder the valves. They were very courteous, helpful, and explained everything to me.
