+ -1 moreI may be the only person to have a bad encounter with the company but they won't get a good word from me. I'm not going to tell anybody not to use this company but I just wanted to let others know of my bad encounter
Description of Work: Was hired by the realtor to do home inspection and the home passed. Now 3 years and over $20,000 later, I'm still trying to fix all the termite damage that the exterminator missed. It wasn't past damage; there was active, ongoing termites in the house. This being my first home, I put all my trust in him to make sure the house past inspection. I knew there would be some remodeling but not a total renovation of the entire house. I called the owner of the company out to my new house and he give me back my $100 'to go towards supplies'.
