He asked me to locate all the heads, and I flagged all of them. It's been 2 weeks now, and he still hasn't shown up. He's given the excuse that it's been raining, but my sprinklers need to be fixed now. We've called him three times because they won't turn off. My yard is now mush.

Generally speaking, the overall quality of the work itself was fair-to-good. My issue has to do with poor communication, poor record-keeping and extremely unprofessional behavior: In early May, I sent this business an email letting them know that I was deploying and to please cancel my lawn service. I requested one more lawn care service. I sent a follow-up email about 3 weeks later. I have since deployed and recently received an overdue notice for 4 lawn care services, all of which occured after the date of my original email. I sent an email to the business and included the aforementioned email traffic, saying that I would pay for the first service conducted as per my original email. I followed up with a phone call. I spoke with Kevin, who said he never received any of those emails and hung up on me. I scanned all of the email traffic and included it in an email sent to him via my deployed work email address. He replied with the following verbiage, verbatim: "Ms. Mack, "I receive email at this address daily, just as I received yours today. I received no emails from you prior to this which is why we continued your service. You had no problem sending an email or making a phone call to refuse paying your bill but mysteriously were unable to do so to stop your service. As I stated earlier, it's only those people like you of low moral fiber and poor character that I have ever had a problem collecting payments. You have succeeded in stealing the money you owe me. Congratulations! I wouldn't be able to sleep at night if I stole from people as you do." I re-sent the scanned email traffic to him and resolved to report this incident to the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List.
Description of Work: Elite Land Care has, over the past 3 years, installed an irrigation system in my yard and performed basic lawn care services -- mowing -- at my home. They've also provided landscaping services -- planting bushes, installing rock -- on a couple of occassions.

Great; fast courtous service. Have been with Elite Land Care for at least six years, and I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: I have been using Elite Lawn Care for at least six years. I believe I first found this service company when I needed a sprinkler system installed. We have slightly less than an acre and Kevin and his crew did a great job at a very reasonable price. Kevin and his crew have been available for maintenance on the system on short notice. Since then, they have been mowing my lawn, edging, and trimming our bushes, and at a great price. I might add that he has not increased his pricing in all that time. I used several lawn care services prior to Elite Land Care, and I can say without reservation that they have been the best, and I highly recommend them.
