Dunaway Glass of Bay St Louis

The person who answered the phone was pleasant enough and promised to call me back the next day. They didn't carry the antique glass but promised to inquire with a restoration glass company and let me know. It's been four days: nothing.This is the third separate attempt to use this business and for the third time, the manager promised to contact me with an estimate but never did. My first two experiences -- glass for a louvered door and for a table-top -- were walk-ins. This last incident was a call-in. In all three cases, nothing. I even asked the manager to PROMISE to call me back this time. The company's Gulfport and D'Iberville locations may be different, but this branch of Dunaway Glass "is busted!" I gotta believe their home office knows they have low sales here, but I'm not sure they know it's probably because there's simply no follow-up.
