+ -1 moreColson's Homes & Development put the insulation upside down in my crawlspace. It cost me to do mold remediation and I still have about $15,000.00 worth more to do. There was water rot underneath the air conditioner which caused the floor to collapse. He denied knowing anything about that and didn't know which way the insulation was supposed to be done. The ceiling wasn't done correctly and I can see the lines between the drywall because they didn't sand it down. Colson's Homes & Development was punctual. I had no issues with their scheduling.
Description of Work: I used Colson's Homes & Development for home building.
