Joel turned a very hostile situation into a workable solution. He went above and beyond and we will use him in the future.
Description of Work: In October of 2016 Bug Pro treated a property we eventually purchased for termites. Due to a few honest errors we were not aware of the previous damage and that the house was under contract for termites. In order to show goodwill and that the company acted in good faith, Joel extended our contract for a year.

Great, really liked the guy. The best service we have ever received! After moving around the country with military and using several chain companies- this is the most professional service we have had! We love being in MS again!
