I asked this companies technicians to please call me back with a quote about the insulation, I asked the first technician and a week later the 2nd technician and no one has called me. I still have noise in the attic but they said it takes time. I also was told I paid for the bait boxes but was not given the keys to refill if necessary. They were both really nice and both were there on time, but one told me one thing and the other something else. UPDATE: The owner called me personally to talk to me after my review was posted, he did not know this was happening and apologized, he was very upfront and I appreciate honesty more than anything. He has answered all my questions and is sending out a technician Tuesday to follow up.
