Description of Work: The contractor did not follow the original plan. I paid for an in-ground pool and got a 1/2 in the ground pool. He is within 5 ft. of a large tree I wanted to keep. And the flow of rain water runs towards my house instead of towards the yard. He made verbal promises that I failed to get in writing and he fell short of those promises. He also did not provide me with my warranty paperwork and did not inform me that we had not passed final inspection. He has washed his hands of this project.
